Le studio Fatshark, qui avait déjà sorti en 2012 le STR postapo intitulé Krater, qui n’a d’ailleurs pas laissé un souvenir impérissable, vient de dévoiler cette semaine un nouveau jeu de combats d’escouade prenant pour décor le même monde décalé, mais cette fois optant pour un gameplay en tour par tour. Le tout devant aussi intégrer des batailles en PvP, selon les joueurs que l’on pourra croiser au fil de ses aventures. Autrement dit, sans être vraiment un pur MMORPG, ce futur jeu tactique devrait emprunter divers mécanismes issus des MMO.
Dreadlands – New turn-based game set in a post-apocalyptic world
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN – April 3, 2019. Independent developer Fatshark are proud to announce Dreadlands, a game developed by Blackfox Studios and published by Fatshark.
Dreadlands is a new turn-based skirmish game set in a living post-apocalyptic shared world. Explore Dreadlands by travelling across its many regions with your misfit gang of miscreants and mercenaries. The game is set in a Shared World where players frequently encounter and interact with each other. Sometimes they cooperate, other times they pick fights in bloody PvP battles.
Blackfox Studios is lead by former senior Fatshark developer Peter Nilsson, and the game is set in the lush and vivid post-apocalyptic world of Krater.

About Peter Nilsson, Creative Director at Blackfox Studios
Peter Nilsson have been working in the game industry for over 12 years, and mainly at Fatshark as Senior Programmer. He has been a fan of turn-based games ever since he played the first X-Com and Jagged Alliance. He founded Blackfox Studios in 2017 with the mission to create a new breed of turn-based games, and Dreadlands is the result of passion combined with hard work.
Peter has taken the role as Creative Director for Dreadlands, but is also the lead programmer, as well as producer. In a small studio, one wear many hats. Everything the players will experience originates from Peter’s passion for the genre.
